Harold, of Harold's Construction, did a great job in reconstructing porch stairs for me to satisfy the city's building requirements. From start to finish, Harold planned and executed all of the tasks of the project, including obtaining needed permits, dissassembling the existing precast concrete step stairway, tearing out a walkway concrete slab, digging a hole for a footer, installing a concrete footer, laying a new concrete walkway slab, and reconstructing the stairway from the saved steps. He successfully passed an intermediate and final building inspection. He handled all parts of the project working by himself, keeping me well informed of progress made. The project was accomplished expeditiously. The price of the project was quite reasonable. I was impressed by Harold's knowledgeability of concrete construction, his work ethic, and his pursuit of doing a good job, both for his own satisfaction and to please the client.
